We are looking for someone who:
- Is hands-on, takes the lead, and brings along the management team and hopefully knows how to inspire them to contribute too!
- Is at home in marketing – both online and offline.
- Works systematically and keeps the plan and objectives in sight for everyone.
- Has affinity with the agricultural sector (or is curious about this world)
- Can easily put themselves in the end users’ shoes
- Rolls up their sleeves to actually implement ideas
- Knows how to tell our story clearly, powerfully, and at the right time and place
- Besides stoically executing the marketing plan, also dares to think and act differently!
