What will you do as a Service Engineer at AgXeed?
As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for supporting customers and dealers, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction. You solve technical problems remotely, provide helpdesk support, perform maintenance and repair of robot tractors at customers and dealers on site. You provide support during commissioning and upgrades, and ensure proper documentation of findings. Additionally, you work closely with the technical teams and contribute to the development of new products and services by providing feedback on technology, customer needs, and market developments.
What we expect from you
- Eager to learn, HBO working and thinking level in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
- Knowledge of robotics, electronics and hydraulics
- Computer skills
- Experience with solving technical problems using diagnostic applications
- Experience with maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; German is a plus
- Customer-oriented and proactive in finding solutions
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally approximately 50%
- Willing to work evening and weekend shifts
- Possession of driving license B
