Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support during customer demos and first-use sessions
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and field tests
- Collect operational and technical data from machines and implements
- Communicate observations to Product Management and Engineering
What do we want you to bring with you?
- Affinity with the agricultural sector (farming, machinery, crop production, or agri-engineering)
- Technical background preferred (mechatronics, agri-engineering, robotics, mechanical engineering, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear customer training
- Hands-on mindset, willingness to work outdoors and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Car driver’s licence and own transportation required
- Languages: the ability to communicate in English. Proficiency in German and/or Dutch is an advantage
