TCU

What happens if a tine breaks while cultivating?

When deep cultivating, a tine’s shear bolt can snap after hitting a buried object and is often unnoticed from the cab. With the TCU, you’ll know instantly. The sensor detects the break, sends an alert to TraXwise, and the machine stops within seconds. You see exactly when and where it happened, repair the tine, and resume work right at that spot.

How does the TCU prevent seeding errors?

During autonomous seeding, running out of seed can stop the machine mid-row,  leaving empty strips and extra work. The TCU prevents this by monitoring hopper fill levels. When the seed runs low, it triggers a timely alert just before the headland. The machine stops neatly at the field edge, you refill quickly, and seeding can continue seamlessly.
