At AgXeed, we are working on something that is still rare worldwide. Our autonomous tractors and implements operate fully independently in fields across more than 25 countries. Do you have a passion for technology and automation? Then it’s time for us to get to know each other!
What you are going to do:
- You are responsible for the creation and implementation of a modular software architecture for our continuously expanding codebase
- Improve and optimize the performance of existing and new code
- You will be working in the Motion Planning team, so it is a plus if you have some understanding of related maths and physics such that you are able to understand the code
- You deliver high quality work and follow proper development processes
- You will help guide developers with less experience in your team. You should have enough experience such that you need limited guidance yourself.
- You will be responsible for improving and optimizing software processes
- Designing and implementing secure, high-performance APIs in Azure
What we are looking for:
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience that enables you to work independently and take ownership of your projects
- A self-starter who enjoys both working autonomously and collaborating with colleagues
- A practical, hands-on, and can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to find simple, elegant solutions to complex challenges
- A passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Creativity and a continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to balance attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Nice to have: experience with C#, Azure, and/or ROS2.
