The role:
As test engineer, you will drive the development and testing of our prototype vehicles. You ensure that our prototypes meet the highest quality and performance standards. You will collaborate closely with our R&D department and be involved in the entire process, from design to the execution of test procedures.

- Write, develop and implement testing plans
- Validating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Validating software and electronics
- Hands-on work on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Supervising on-site field tests
- Analysing data and preparing clear reports
- Monitor and analyse test results, providing feedback to the R&D team
- Manage the planning, progress, and documentation of the testing process
- Actively contribute to the improvement of testing methods and processes
- Collaborating with engineers, programmers, and other specialists to create a world-class product
About you?

- Pro-active approach
- You hold a technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- Affinity with agriculture
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a testing or development environment.
- You are hands-on and have experience developing and testing complex (autonomous) vehicles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly solve technical challenges
- Strong communication skills also if needed to our customers
- Good and open communication skills in at least Dutch and English.
