Wie is AgXeed B.V?
AgXeed is een scale-up bedrijf in de agrarische sector. Wij ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen autonome landbouwvoertuigen. Deze worden aangestuurd via een cloud gebaseerde planningstool. Ons doel is boeren in staat te stellen duurzamer en zuiniger te produceren door middel van kleinere, efficiëntere en intelligentere machines. Als service parts medewerk(st)er ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van onze klanten en dealers.
Wat ga je doen als service parts medewerk(st)er bij AgXeed?
- Offertes uitbrengen en facturatie van serviceorders
- Orders aanmaken voor service parts voor klanten en service engineers
- Zorgen dat orders op tijd worden verstuurd met de gewenste logistieke service
- Afhandelen van retouren
- Monitoren van backorders
- Bepalen welke service parts nodig zijn in overleg met de (service) engineers en leveranciers
- Inrichten van service parts in het IT-systeem.
- Bepalen van voorraad hoogtes in overleg met Supply Chain
- Afhandelen van garantieclaims naar leveranciers voor service en productie parts
- Opzet van verkoopprijsstructuren en aanbiedingen
Wat zouden wij graag bij jou zien?
- Ondernemerschap. Je vindt het leuk om structuur aan te brengen
- MBO/HBO diploma in administratieve/bedrijfskundige richting
- Technische kennis en ervaring met het onderhoud en reparatie van landbouwmachines is een pré
- In staat om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen
- Klantgericht en proactief in het vinden van oplossingen
- Commerciele instelling
- Kennis van logistieke processen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, Duits is een pré
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Ruime kennis en ervaring met MS-office en ERP systemen

Who is AgXeed B.V?
AgXeed is a scale-up company in the agricultural sector. We develop and produce autonomous agricultural vehicles including a cloud platform with the aim of making farmers work more sustainably and economically by means of smaller, more efficient, and intelligent machines. To achieve this, we use the most modern technologies and cloud solutions. As service parts employee you are responsible for supporting our customers and dealers.
What will you do as a service parts employee at AgXeed?
- Providing quotations and invoicing service orders
- Create service parts orders for customers and service engineers
- Ensure that orders are shipped on time with the required logistics service
- Handling of return orders
- Monitor back orders
- Determine which service parts are needed in consultation with the (service) engineers and suppliers
- Setting up service parts in the IT system
- Determining stock levels in consultation with Supply Chain
- Handling warranty claims to suppliers for service and production parts
- Set up sales price structures and promotions
What do we want you to bring with you?
- Entrepreneurship. You like to redesign business processes
- Technical knowledge and experience with the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery is an advantage
- Able to work independently and set priorities
- Customer-oriented and proactive in finding solutions
- Commercial attitude
- Knowledge of logistics processes
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, German is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MS office and ERP systems
- MBO/HBO degree in administrative/business administration
